Does anyone know of any radio stations that will play this kind of stuff? Especially ones where I can just post a link to the MP3s

(I should have probably done this earlier on)

I don't know about that, but have you tried sending download links to evil copyright infringing blogs like nodata or magiska? I'm sure that'd give your album a push.
