Guest Coalbucket PI
I love Linval Thompson but sometimes it blows my mind that he can get away with song after song about dreadlocks and cannabis with a single chord
chenGOD
I love Linval Thompson but sometimes it blows my mind that he can get away with song after song about dreadlocks and cannabis with a single chord LOL that's part of the charm. And really there's loads of artists that sing about weed excessively. Even though it's not cool or hardcore to like Bob Marley - i love the shit out of him. could post most of his discography lol http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HMGCbgpIf3E http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R6r_MVjY9p0 we're not posting dub or dancehall in this thread right? beerwolf
During the recent heatwave Mary Anne Hobbs was playing a lot of reggae and dub. It made perfect sense and sounded so much better than it does when you’re freezing your nuts off in winter. Tracks sounded fucking sweet. In a weird way it also made the unbearable heat more bearable. Edited August 18, 2022 by beerwolf
