oscillik Posted May 20, 2011 Share Posted May 20, 2011 well, really it's more of a general guidline for preparing for an emergency situation. it's very clever really, because it appeals to an audience of people that might not necessarily spend their time reading something as 'boring' as emergency preparation hints.
