It's about a woman that eats people and falls obsessively in love with a man, guy doesn't seem to be aware of woman's strange behavior while she eats his loved ones. I think it's Japanese and it's part of a series or a segment of three half hour bits. It's pretty recent and I read about it in a WATMM thread...
