Lion is pretty good, been running the dev previews, but the features they showed today are a recap of the last event where they previewed it..

Airplay mirroring :wtf:

TODAY

GL Kit, Core Image, this will be good

Lion looks almost as Shit as Windows 8.

Plus, all the iOS-gesture-fictation is going to be useless on my otherwise entirely capable late-2007 MBP.

App store only? No ability to do a clean install, effective mandatory registration, mandatory eating of bandwidth limits for those who have them? Fuck this shit.

The slide to a consumer-only, locked-the-fuck-down iOS on the desktop hath begun in earnest. Actually, screw it, the iCal interface alone is enough to turn me off Lion.

Custom desktop color

Now you can create a custom solid color from the color picker.

Oh, and I can take Terminal full-screen? WOW.

there must be something which pleases you? new os for $30 perhaps? it may suck, but at least it has got the price/quality ratio in order.

The document versioning system looks kind of nice and easy.

And I guess OpenGL gets a little less sucky?

I like baph better when he was trolling this thread.

Come on baph, we both know that versioning system is clunky and will take up space.

We both know DirectX is better then OpenGL.
