Too tired last night to stay up to capture the storms properly, shot a video while half-asleep which didn't quite pan out, but here's a grab from that:

Home sweet home!

That first shot looks quite similar to where I hiked last year. Something tells me it's more likely Montana or Washington than Alaska tho.

Colorado. The first shot is Tundra at about 12,100' ASL.

Both shots were taken during rest stops along Trail Ride Road, the highest continuous paved road in the USA :)

Second was taken about 30 minutes earlier than the first, not many miles outside Estes Park.

i'm actually in need of a natural/forest picture in high res for something

not sure if i should create a thread for this :cat:

but still i've seen some great ones here, the size isn't enough cause of the resizing stuff

not that i would have used them without permission

anyone ?

and you kno what, ive just realised my iso has been set at 1600 the whole time. doh

Those are great pics. If the iso was that high on these you can hardly see the noise

aye, looks very good, nothing fucked with the exposure, no iso abuse detected. a little grain ain't no thang imo

congrats on the 600D
