data Posted August 3, 2011 Share Posted August 3, 2011 here's the carpet in my livingroom so i was cleaning the house and vacuuming and stuff, and i looked under the carpet for the first time in a couple of weeks (or something), and it was stuck to the floor, so i grabbed it with both hands and pulled it back, and it had literally melted into the floor boards! what the shit?? has anyone ever experienced this? i don't have heated floors or anything, and the weather hasn't really been that hot this summer, so i really don't understand how this could've happened. the melted plastic won't come off the floor either. it doesn't smell though which i guess is a good thing, but if it did i would've noticed it sooner. maaaaaan fml Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

It's time to start acting like an adult. that's what the previously not melting plastic was for, anti-slip. but i guess the adult thing to do would've been to get an extra anti-slip rug just incase the rug fucking melts.
