that metz track...even more of a masterpiece than windowlicker ? (if ever released)

Yes I think so - I'd even go as far as saying that, in my opinion, it is one of his best tracks ever created and I hope it gets a release. Same goes for the Manchester track - both are incredible.

i dont think anything he has released has been better than windowlicker. I think its his best track. Im sick of it because Ive listened to it 10K times, but it really is his most interesting, forward thinking, and complex mind bending track . The way its edited but the flow never leaves you. The beautiful sounds and incredible bass. Id say the manchester track is a close second. Just my opinion

This is a better quality version of the mysterious 'Manchester' track:

i woudln't say better quality. the room reverb drowns the sound out. interesting that it sounds like its a little different from the other version, though. Hes must be piecing things together on stage. the master

Listened to the famous Metz track for the first time this week and I have to admit it's one of the very few RDJ's track that I liked that much at the first listen.

It's really an epic piece of music, and I hope the forthcoming stuff (whenever it's coming) will be as good as this tune !!!

Wow. Don't really know how this is possible, but I heard the finished track last night in my dreams. Everything was mastered really well... All the sounds were crisp and the baselines were punchy. Quite a beautiful track without all the people screaming and the echoes.

I hope we don't have to make do with these live recordings

You know, back before sound recordings existed, people had to make do with live performances that they actually had to turn up to hear. It's all too easy to forget just how good we have it.

has he added elements there or that just the next track (vibert/simmonds innit) being mixed at the end?

edit: i see the metz track phades out before rodulate starts it's squelching, but there's cleary new acid-goodness added towards the end of the track, sweet...
