XP Service Pack 2. i already reinstalled Microsoft Visual C++ but it didnt help. could it be a plugin thats damaged? i made a new project just to test it, droped a few vsts inside and everything works perfectly, so i guess it should be a plugin that is fucking with my mind, if yes why it was damaged i have no fkn idea. my old AMD comp was a lottttttttttt slower than my new, but never gave me any bugs, it was sooo steady. i have exactly the same plugins and cubase installed on this comp and its sooooooo bugggy, god damnnn

ah alright. man this sounds pretty bad to be honest.... missed the part about it crashing on loading of your project.. I figured it just didn't start after you tried to load up cubase.

dunno if it's a dependancy issue, could be all sorts of stuff, could be a bug somewhere.

try and move your plugins folder where cubase can't find it and reload your project. then you could also try to install cubase on top of cubase, you should retain your settings n stuff..... but could be messy. I don't know very well with cubase. last time I used it it was SX2 or something. H2O.. :>
