The influence of Richard D. James on the last two decades of electronic music is undeniable. But having a look at the visual designs that gave his music a face is also quite interesting.

Good article, although they make some mistakes

<pedant>

Digeridoo does not actually use a real digeridoo

Rephlex was co-founded with Grant W-C, not Chris Jeffs (Cylob) ... (was it?)

zazen, "a track that soon became a rave hit : "Digeridoo". Emulating this aboriginal instrument..."

emulating means imitating. they aren't saying that it actually used the real instrument.

great article. I have learned much...

the aphex twins has got a logo

Designers Repubic can has a certain design aesthetic

Rephlex doesn't care much for teh sleeve art

Alien looking stuff was way cool in teh early 90s

Speling mistakes and poor grammers are OK

You're quite right.

I'm 99% sure that when I read the article a few days ago, it said 'using this aboriginal instrument'.

Either they corrected the article or I made a reading comprehension error.
