i bought various cheeses for tomorrow but i couldn't find anywhere to buy good french cheeses. the selection ended up a bit weird (cause i'm hungover and can't make decisions) and not necessarily suited to straight up cheese eating.

 

ricotta salata

pecorinio bucaro pepato

pecorino su sardu

blacksticks blue

raven's oak goats cheese (hmm)

- foie gras sur son lit de pain aux figues foie gras on fig bread

- Pommes de terre ratte grillées aux escargots de bourgogne sucs de vin rouge et crème persillée grilled ratte potatoes with bourgogne snails, red wine juice and parsley cream.

- Gambas à l'armoricaine Gambas à l'armoricaine

- Cailles aux fruits d'automne Quail with autumn fruits

- Collier de veau, sauce au roquefort et aux noix Veel colar, roquefort sauce, walnuts

- Trou normand, glace framboise, crème de framboise, vodka Norman hole, raspberry icecream, cream and vodka

- Épaule d'agneau à la bourguignonne Lamb shoulder à la bourguignonne

- Côtes de cerf sauce grand veneur Deer ribs grand veneur sauce

- Trou normand, glace au thé mont d'or, cognac Norman hole, Mont d'or tea icecream, cognac

- Fromage (Caseus award, meilleur ouvrier de France) Cheese

- café gourmand (fondant au chocolat, macarons, et autres mignardises) Gourmand Café, chocolate fondant, macarons, mignardises

I don't doubt, but you're lucky to be in france and have this opportunity. Or what I mean to say is that I'm really jealous. We had some really good food here but I think that's one of the most impressive meal menus I've ever seen.
