My couple years of skateboard fandom and ultimately failed participation was notably devoid of having access to good videos. I was on a RAF base with other military dependents and we relied on CSS mailorder catalogs, Transworld and Thrasher magazines, and the random airing of the X-games or some other contest on sports networks. Most of the vids I saw were on Tony Hawk and Thrasher playstation game bonus features. Thank god for youtube! Years back I saw this slow-mo intro for this skateboarding vid, looks like the whole film is up now...
