It's lucky my dream is to have pasta eh? :emotawesomepm9:

I'd be that delighted too if I'd managed to make pasta - Isn't it meant to be a real pain in the arse to do (though not quite as tough as pastry)

MC, do you have those pasta making attachments wot u stick on a KitchenAid mixer? We have one of those and it works great, but it's definitely a tedious process. My wife was ecstatic for days after first successful pastamaking attempt.

You look cool and dependable, if I'd just been mugged you have a face that suggests you'd let me borrow your phone whilst I called for help.

I grew up in Columbus. Most of the modern buildings were designed by some firm that specializes in prisons and schools.

well peter eisenman specializes in wankology. but he's still one of my favs because he doesn't give a fuck really. saw him give a talk where he basically stood up, gave a long, confusing metaphor about architects as showrunners for true detective and then said ok bye and sat down again. so clearly you've just been watching true detective.

he did a giant unbuilt project where the forms were taken from diagrams of DNA elements fitting together. why? no idea, but he made it look confusing!

thread re-hijack initiated:

i have always wanted to design and build a house. my grandfather built a lake house by himself. still in great shape and a place we visit often, tho the lake has receded thousands of feet.

i think sketch up is a pretty cool program.
