Trying to find a song

All I remember is that it sounded like it had a sort of early 90s pop influence and sampled a pitch-altered voice saying the words 'everything you touch'. The song, I think, was called 'Touch', but this doesn't really help much in a search. The artist had only released two songs when I first heard it and I think he may be German?

No... it didn't really have the structure of a 90s pop song, just similarities in the sort of texture and production; although much darker. There wasn't really a vocal line, just samples that coalesced into the words 'everything you touch'. The voice seemed to be female but became much deeper on the word 'touch'.

The guy had, I think, one EP that had come out recently when I heard this, which was around February of last year. Though I read an article about him which said he had been DJing for a while before that and was quite popular. Unfortunately the only other song I remember had a similarly generic one word name, I think 'Love'.

I've listened to a few and I don't think so. I'm about 99% sure it was an original song as opposed to a remix; the phrase may have been sampled from another song but if so it wasn't labelled as such.

The songs I heard were really slow, really dark, with a poppy but interesting texture, sort of like an East 17 song turned upside down. I don't really know what more I can say.,,

I'm recalling some more info from the article. I think the guy wears a hood and cloak or something on stage so no one knows who he is.
