I'm happy with foobar2000.

Really though, no matter how many different programs I use, foobar is simply the best.

yeah, with a bit of tinkering you can basically make foobar scan your brainwaves and produce appropriate music for your current mood on the fly, it's limitless in what it can do.

What, as in it can't do it or you don't know how to?

If it's the former then I'm not going to even entertain the idea of looking at it as all my music is on an external drive. Plus foobar does everything I need.

with playback issues though. hmmm.. yea hopefully this player will be improved upon, cause it's promising...

Meh, I don't get it why music player needs to be this complicated. I just want to scan a directory into the player, select a track and play it. Maybe some text based search is nice but that's it. Wikipedia integration, oh come on.

I use Winamp Classic mostly.

I'm a fresh convert to foobar2000 for FLAC playback. Found a nice minimal skin, sorted.

I'm a Foobar convert from Winamp which is reflected by my version looking like an old ghetto alpha build of Winamp -
