Definitely this, but more so this from the same album. I remember this album sort of confusing my sensibilities on what music should sound like. If I remember correctly I found a somewhat scratched version somewhere.

This track hit me pretty hard as a child I remember. I would put it on repeat in my room and lay down and listen to it over and over again.

When I was travelling SE Asia, I spent a long time on an island in South Thailand where I spent a lot of time (3 months) totally off my napper on Thai weed (cut up in blocks with a bread knife in the kitchen), magic mushrooms and bottles of Chang beer. I still went running 4 miles most mornings along the beach, backwards and forwards. Most of this seems rather unreal to me now, in fact if I didn't have stamps in my passport Id think it was a dream. There was a dude with a cd walkman and a wallet of cds, most of which was Thrash/Death metal. For some reason (though I love metal, there is a time and a place) thankfully he had one of his girlfriends cds (who'd gone back to Oz, I think....) which was Morcheebas Big Calm.

 

So yeah Morcheeba's Big Calm. Which sounds a million times better off your napper!!! Hahah

Hah! That Polaris album overall is pretty good. Most of their full-length was used in the TV series as background music. Ton of indie artists had songs on there, or cameos in the actual show. http://pnp.norecess.org/music.html
