I'd like to get a sense of something authoritarian like HL2 / City 17, but I don't think it would be fun it to be harassed and ordered around by Combine / robot patrols on a daily basis, along with the paranoia that comes with such a scenario. I have visions of structures and cityscapes. Everything from Neo Seoul in Cloud Atlas to the 5th Element (God, yes), to Blade Runner, it's like there's something pulling me there. What I would give to appear out of nowhere at some mysterious Chinese restaurant in the middle of a busy future city in Asia or somewhere, like a mix between a scene out of Blade Runner and Existenz.
