This absolutely needs to change. Canada doesn't need a crackhead fuckup that kills people as it's mayor for the largest and most important city in the country. In my defence... not all Canadians are like him. lol Yeah but he's actually not a bad mayor. Sure on his spare time he smokes crack, drives drunk and snacks on his lady's box but he's doing a pretty good job as a mayor. Watch him get reelected.
