leo dicaprio has something weird going on with his face that distracts me in every movie he's in. it's some uncanny valley shit. i do not like it.

I think I once read on this forum:

"Leonardo Dicaprio only has two expressions: urgent and squinty."

yeah getting older and adding a bit more pudgy weight gave him a tad bit more gravitas, but he still gives off an adolescent vibe.

Unfortunately the face flab reduced his hotness factor. His head seemed to grow wider not taller through puberty, like Barry Bonds on human growth hormone.

Amazing lol. The thing I get from watching that compilation is most of that is not acting, he just is bat shit crazy. The sequences where he's trying to act (wickerman bee mask & ghost rider) it screams of fakeness. Everything else is him in reality. He thoroughly enjoyed kicking the shit out of those women.

reeves is part of the magic of that film

i guess if we're picking actual respected actors who we personally think are shit, i'll throw robert redford into the mix. he was awful in all is lost, just didn't do a single thing the entire film. no one would have cared about that movie if he didn't have prestige in the industry. he's been shit in everything without exception. although i do like this gif, probably his only good performance:

and then sandra bullock is also terrible without exception. she was awful in gravity. there's a film that might have been better with a decent actress in the lead role.
