Never seen this site before, this is where the Radio Wagon Christ tracks came from. It's actually a pretty fun waste of time though. Little interview bits hidden around the site, as well as some nice art and random track-naming competition nonsense. Looks like the winners of the competition got some cool promo Tally Ho yo-yo's too! Anyone happen to have a picture of what they looked like? Would love to find one on eBay someday. Yo-yo's are much better promo merch than kaleidoscopes anyway.

Hey, I entered that name the track contest! But I didn't win  I'm glad that all they got was a yo-yo, when the contest was announced they just said it was a 'special prize' or something like that. I suck at yo-yo's so bad, that if I knew it was what you'd get I wouldn't have entered. I can't even make it do the normal up and down, let alone a trick.

Just discovered this thread. I won a green yo-yo and signed copy of Tally Ho! Lemme see if i can find em... The CD cover said "Well done, you!" Prolly not signed by Luke himself...

The yo-yo was pretty lackluster. Just a $2 off-the-shelf unit with Tally Ho! or Wagon Christ stickers on each side (I forget which).

Yessir! The contest was "Name That Tune". There were three un-released tunes (each listenable in RealAudio and QuickTime3 format) in the contest. People could submit names for one, two or all three of them. The contest kinda fizzled I guess, because Luke ended up not picking a single winner for each track, instead picking several winning submissions - resulting in 13 or 14 yo-yos mailed out, but the Tally Ho! CD was an unexpected bonus.

I am fairly confident that these were the three contest tracks...

My winning ^^^^ submission title was "Enabled Hunt"

...and there were three other Radio Wagon Christ bonus tracks on the same web-page:

I haven't seen my yo-yo in a decade or so, but I don't remember throwing it out so it's probably in a box somewhere. I know I have the CD, I saw that within the last 6-8 months. I'm out of town but when I get home on Friday I'll search and take pix!

Listening to these tracks again, always wondered what the yo-yo looked like- did you ever happen to find yours?

No ?
It wouldn't be something I'd carelessly throw away, but I still haven't come across it. It was a very basic yoyo, not a high quality one or anything... probably similar in style to the Duncan "Imperial" model, but not a Duncan. Neon green with the red Wagon Christ logo.

I am moving in May, perhaps it'll show up!
