According to the AP:

 

TOTOWA, N.J. (AP) — A fire official says a vat of eggnog flavoring exploded at a laboratory in New Jersey, injuring two workers.

 

Totowa Fire Marshal Allen Del Vecchio tells WABC-TV that he felt the blast from Pharmachem Laboratories in Totowa at his house a mile away.
