Personally I'd be more inclined to discover music on YouTube, and then go somewhere else to get a high-quality version. Are you samples viral videos? Are you sampling people talking? But seriously, I think the Gregory Brothers had to change up the samples on that Home Intruder thing, and split their profits with the Dodsons, but possibly not the news network that took the video. I wonder what would happen if you made it big with a song that samples some random person's vlog about drug use...
