Hi. I've read about half this thread and am freaking the fuck out like everyone else and decided to sign up. Aphex Twin fans everywhere owe a huge debt of gratitude to the people that got the CW Kickstarter going. Without that happening I highly doubt RDJ would be unleashing this backcatalog of gorgeous maddness upon us. I'm assuming people on this forum (and maybe the construct of the forum itself) were instrumental in that happening, so THANK YOU!!!

Yeah, same here. Fucking magical days here, seemed the right time to pay for an account.

I think Avril 14th melody was developed from 28 organ

I was just about to say.

Same theme, anyway. Exactly the same first few intervals.

Yeah you can probably put one on top of the other and it will fit

Yeah, the whole thing is practically the same as Avril 14th. Well, with percussion of course.

Talk about a rollercoaster! I started to tear up listening to this at work today. I walked away from my desk and someone asked me what the matter was and I answered like any normal person would and stated that "a family matter just popped up that I need to tend to." Got the day off, went home and started downloading!!!!!!! Still tearing up! Where to start? :sini::sini::sini::sini::sini::sini::sini::sini:

Thank Richard!!!!!!

Anyone know who the heck is somadril? Seems a bit suspicious his first activity in four years would be to comment on a new aphex twin song, not to mention he seems to be from britain, he says "cheers".

He's got a (quite good!) electronic cover of Smashing Pumpkins' "Quiet" on his page; I really doubt that's Richard.

Here is a "discog" for what we have so far ( deletions are not on here ) i just threw togather

https://gist.github.com/tablatronix/e1ae69227eb86818113c

Throw it in a google doc shared or fork the csv, do whatever just add to it, i was not able to extract the descriptions, so they are missing,as is the uploaded times

how are people breaking up the tracks into 'album' length? All songs as 1 album, or break it up into several LPs?

Well a large portion are numbered so I am assuming there is an order to be set but until he's done I don't suppose we will be able to begin tackling that. It appears to me to be quite a few sets

I've just got a bit "soundcloud" 102 track album in iTunes, I may make some playlists for similar-sounding/similar-era tracks.

That is why i created that list, so see if there was any method to the madness (or numbering)
