I'm not only very worried about the precedence this sets for similar colleges and universities in my area, but I am just so disheartened by the increasing ignorance and stupidity in this country. It's really getting me down lately. More than usual.

many universities are going to have the budget squeeze as a result of the pandemic. they're all slashing everywhere and trying hard to keep their heads above water.
