still, the state not ordering vaccines and making it available will limit access to it for people who fall between the cracks.. poor people, people w/o insurance who don't regularly go to the doctor, etc. 

perhaps various charities and community health organizations will make it available to those who want it for their baby but who knows.

Oncology nurse told me yesterday they are covering 4 units at once now instead of 1, due to staffing shortages. My nephew’s high school classroom size has ballooned to 50 students per teacher. This is what this fucked up Governor has done in just 4 years. Brain drain seems inevitable.
