I’ve no desire to get into the politics of drug testing lol.

It’s just the insurance provider scamming the workplace with an unnecessary service.

Yeah my goal is not to get stoned... I wanted to smoke how much I'd like during 2 vacation months and still be not worried about an urine test... But I guess it doesn't work like that... When the cbd strain claims that it's legal because the legal amount is under 0.3% i automatically thought that i could smoke as much as I wanted and not get busted... The math is not that simple... Pretty misleading, at least for an ignoramus like me...

Just like most substances there’s a cumulative effect based on consumption vs elimination rates. So yeah unfortunately 0.3% doesn’t necessarily mean you’ll test under the legal amount ?

kinda sux

I think the best thing to do is test it... I'll smoke whatever I want during 1 month, stop during a week and run a thc test in a clinic...

RUN THC u know? That hip-hop band from the 80s...

Started with this but one of the black ball feet broke off

I used a two stack lego piece to hold it up for a while

then decided to get something more solid & bigger:)

I have a Grace Dab glass extension that curves away from the rig

Diolch yn fawr iawn clart. E-nails are more temperamental than my missus, something always needs adjusting, cleaning or tweaking. Our garage has subsequently turned into a minor lab. The Dynavap + coil is ok with a water bubbler, but I just use these for cbd and eat decarbed flower on weekends. Without water cooling the hits are a bit raw, so I’ll definitely get searching for these. Slainte!

That's a very American thinking. I guess it's mandatory for ships to make contracts with an insurance provider specialised on this type of business. But as it looks the drug tests can't be done by the workplace itself but by an independent doctor which should run via governmental state healthcare that is publicly financed that they have in Portugal (most civilized countries have something like this).

no, it doesn't depend on the size of the cookie... the cookie is legal, it states that it has less than 0.2 or 0.3 %... you can buy 3, all of them say 0.2 or 0.3, and just like you said, their percentages will not add up... so how does this work?

you buy one of these, or 2, or 3, and you'll always get thc levels under 0.2%... the percentage doesn't change according to the quantity, it changes according to the strain...

732786C9-466F-4E8F-ADAF-28228F9630CE-300

now, what i'm trying to get at is, i have a 2 months vacation period, and i would like to know if i smoke 1 gr of this per day, 60 days, how much % will i have in my urine test when i get back to work... tests are in my 1st day of work... i guess the legal 0.2 percentage is somehow linked to the maximum percentage of thc levels that you can have on your urine to pass the test... if so, there's the possibility of me smoking way to much and fail the test? shouldn't be, cause that 0.2% on the label guarantees me that I'M SAFE

In my experience a lot of cbd flower aka hemp buds seem to have been sprayed with terpenes extracted elsewhere so they pass the nose test. When you can get 99% cbd distillates and get the right rig, they’re much more efficient. Roughly 80% of a joint burns away. That’s a significant waste imho, plus the carcinogenic factor of combusted material. Saw your Pax posts, so that’s immediately a more healthy intake route

Hempelf are doing 3G’s of lush waxes plus a solid pen for around a oner (£100). That’s a bargain given how easy the pen is to strip, clean and bang again. Good way to water down &/or reduce thc intake too.

I do a few hits on the Carta after work with concentrates. You can genuinely feel the accumulated stress lift and I say that as a lifelong ptsd sufferer. Small mercies. Fuck Combustion forums are a really good resource too.

When I did my work assignment in Denmark, people scoffed at the idea of a pre-employment drug test. I scoff at it too, since I just used fake pee from the interwebs. Just rubber band the heat pad to the bottle it comes in and stroll right into that pee-collector office like 007. As long as the temp is in spec, you are golden. Pun intended.

Not quite sure what you mean but the company also does random drug tests while we're onboard, not just pre-contract... I don't think Portuguese government in involved in this...

I thought in Portugal most people are insured through state health insurance (run by Ministry of Health/government), not through a private insurance that your workplace chose to pay for and that you have to go to a doctor of your choice to get a drug test, since you mentioned going to a hospital to get one for yourself. From what I read, the workplace might have a specific insurance for the business they are in that provides certain services but that the drug testing isn't done in the workplace itself by said insurance provider but rather by the insurance provider that you privately have, either a private one or - as in most people's case - the state one run by the Ministry of Health, but I might be mistaken here and that's probably where the confusion comes from. What I meant by "American thinking" is, that from how I understand it, in the US you are provided health insurance based on the choice of private insurer your workplace made for you, so you can easily get out of health insurance when you lose your job or get a different insurance plan when you change your workplace. I assumed you just have to bring them a piece of paper from a doctor of your choice that says: "clean". ?‍♂️

I still find it a bit intrusive that your - or any - workplace tests all their workers for non-alcoholic drugs regularly. In case of people who navigate heavy machinery or that have special responsibilities, like surgeons and the like, I get it, but why test everyone? Stupid politics

Tldr but I'm working directly with Royal Caribbean. It's an USA contract... And I'm evading taxes in Portugal... ?

It's "a USA contract", not "an USA contract" because it's pronounced /yoo ass ey/ and "a" only comes before words that start with a consonant. Your grammar skills are appalling. ?

I got talked into getting this thing today (MJ Pod) by my CBD flower seller:

66-mj-pod.png&shop=f2f9ee62-5162-411c-a9

I have a CBD capsule in it (50% CBD and 50% MCT, which apparently is just some sort of plant oil), which I've been told lasts over a month if I take just a couple of hits a day. Haven't smoked THC lately because the strains that are available here make me too lazy and tired. It's mostly fast growing high yielding Indica strains. I've only smoked CBD flower before and it didn't have too much of an effect on me but this concentrate is kinda nice and relaxing, loosens neck tensions and just tastes good.

I rarely ever buy CBD flowers because they don't do too much for me but wanted to get some today but apparently the police took it all away from the shop and is currently testing if it doesn't surpass the maximum of 0.2% THC... As if they didn't have anything better to do...

Who the fuck do you think you are? Some kind of a grammar nerd that spends his entire life reading Harry Potter?

Spoiler

You're correction is correct but you're explanation is not... When you say that 'a' only comes before a word that start with a consonant, you're wrong... You just contradicted yourself... In the USA example 'a' comes before 'u' which is a vowel... because 'u' it's pronounced as 'y' which is a consonant...

Take that you grammar nerd...

No, you are wrong. This rule orients itself towards phonetics, not towards spelling. "You" in English is pronounced: [juː].

[j] (IPA) is a consonant. Therefore it's preceded by "an", not "a".

I dislike Harry Potter, I'm way more gangsta than him, I probably even have more scars than this motherfucker.

you stated that 'a' only comes before words that start with consonants but in the 'united' example, 'a' comes before a word that starts with a vowel... That vowel is pronounced like 'y' which is a consonant but you're not gonna call 'u' a consonant just because it sounds like a consonant you little twat...

I have later specified that I was referring to phonetics rather than spelling, which should be a matter of course in the case of English since the English spelling hasn't been updated for centuries. It's an ancient spelling that has little to do with the current pronunciation. Ai vauč for a spèling reform of Þi Ingliš langwidž.

Even an anti-intellectual like you should notice that your explanation is flawed. I repeat myself but: This rule applies to phonetics, not spelling. I think I don't need to repeat myself about what the difference between these two is, I don't want to make you look even more stupid than you already do. I think you should be really careful about your posting behaviour from now on, what you have posted lately is not only factually wrong but it's also completely embarrassing for you as a person. Nobody here on WATMM can take you seriously anymore after your cruise ship goofball escapades. Grow up

Please do everyone a favour and don't post on this page anymore. We've all seen enough. Your lack of common sense is appalling but most of us are used to it by now, I guess, so don't even bother to post any more, you won't impress anyone. Keep it for the "Post Most Idiotic Nonsense" thread, please. It would be the perfect thread for you because all your posts would belong into it, but you probably don't even have the balls to start it...
