What Are You Having For Dinner

I smoked a chicken for dinner, got a new BBQ a few weeks ago, yesterday made disappointing ribs, just got a shitty cut from the butcher, this turned out amazing though, skin was so good:

was smoked on a bed of herbs (rosemary, thyme, sage, spring onion) and some lemon and orange peel (the orange really came through strongly and was great). smoked for about 1 hr 20 mins with some apple wood.
