Justin Broadrick from Godflesh & Napalm Death?

Yeah, although it's 28 years since he left ND - so not the most indicative frame of reference. I kind of forgot about Godflesh for years but their reformation reminded me they're actually one of my favourite bands. This is a solid companion piece to the recent Godflesh stuff - purely electronic, noise-drenched industrial dub techno (or thereabouts)

usagi to thread!

bought it as soon as I saw it :nacmat: will probably play it on the drive at some point when I'm by myself.

Posthuman was great. pure industrial dirt via slowed down/chopped up dnb beats and sludgy guitars. I really want some swinging hiphop type rhythms on this new one like on the first Posthuman track, that makes me feel like I'm nightcrawling through desolate future ghetto ruins.

Justin is a legend. He ranks right up there in my books as a true craftsman alongside the IDM greats and others.

 gtfo already Rubin, you've got nothing to say. it's like in the AWLOBF thread when you kept talking about how he looks like a crackhead or whatever. do you ever have anything to contribute?

for those of you who get wet at the sound of the gritty industrial electronics on this release, definitely check out some "JK Flesh"-branded remixes as well. there are many amazing ones. here are a couple of gems I recently discovered:
