Epic DrillnBass/Experimental/Industrial tracks (inspired by drukqs,squarepusher,metal music)

So heres my latest work ,progressive breakbeat tracks with some drukqs,squarepusher,metal,industrial,classical and EDM influence.

Its like a mix of every genre ive ever liked.The beat are a bit messy but still im pretty proud of them.

this is very well done, you sure know how to handle your sword sir!

for now, i'm not quite fond of the melodies/harmonies, don't really know why, i'm even ashamed of saying it, because i don't know where to point my finger at... guess they'll grown me after a while? at least, it's the perfect track to make that happen, it's so meticulous and detailed that it keeps my interest going, that's why i've listened to it for about 3 times now but only now i'm commenting...

there's other thing that bugs me, i mean, it must be fucking hard to do it, but the mix on the beats is a bit harsh sounding, dunno if you're using little distortions here and there or if it's simply not well eq'd... oh well... maybe that's what you're after, but i miss some kind of freshness on the beats, don't know how else to put it... :) rhythmically it is perfect and mad as hell!

 

sorry if i sound harsh or something, it's just that, it feels like i'm giving my 2 cents to afx so, it's a bit hard for me too... :)

Yeah the melodies and harmonies are quite experimental,chromatic,modulations and stuff,its not easy music but its exactly as i want it to be.Give it a few try it might grow on you.

You are right about the drums...i notice it myself ,not sure if its too much compression or dist...sometimes i suck at mixing drum stuff.....but it give the track some aggressive punk edge i guess.But myself i would prefer them to be cleaner and less messy but i already rendered the drum tracks and stuff so i cant change them...
