What are cool tracks besides the very very well know chart stuff?

Going to listen to the "Dump" songs but is there more? Listening to the LP discography made me realise Prince made a ton of very cheesy romantic ballads but I am looking for disco funk like the stuff the tuss / SYRO was inspired by

did you grab these?

here is some super funk prince from 1977

Get ready for some FUNK! This is Prince at age 19, and is funky as hell. You absolutely MUST download this. Prince, Andre Cymone And Bobby Z Recorded instrumentals in the rehearsal room of Owen Husneys Loring Park office. They sound like well-crafted compositions rather than spur-of-the-moment jams.

The tracks feature:

keyboards (Prince)

Bass (Andre)

Drums (Bobby Z).

There's a website I love, a little shy about sharing this, but It's simply a pleasure of mine.

This guy had the goods, the makings of pure genius. RIP

He was immortal, he's a lone pioneer of everything extraordinary.

Multi-instrumental singing super star songwrighting producer, and that still doesn't seem to cover it.

looking at his natal chart is the perfect 8-sided star it makes, just such a beauty.

charts that look like art like this are kinda unusual, stats like him are forever one of a kind.

no one will ever take the place of your man.

everybody loved him, even the ones you wouldn't have imagined

the funny thing about this cover it's that it's not so different from prince's version: everything you hear is in the original arrangement

that was a great show, loved the bit where PBW played all the prince knock-offs, and Dam Funk complaining about all the memers and getting all riled up, also this at the end:

I saw him in London a few years ago, great gig, his 'positive-vibe' ramblings between each track were pretty funny.

Prince did some excellent 12" extended mixes of his singles, usually aimed at dance floors, I picked up a couple of my favs for posterity:

Batdance 12"

Alphabet St 12"

Thieves in the Temple 12"

Wouldn't mind having PLECTRUMELECTRUM on vinyl as well, but being an EU import, it's not cheap now.

Cops have reportedly started drilling into the vault. Man, what a sweet time to be a MN officer. I'm sure all contents will be processed by the letter of the law.
