Not in the market for such a thing anyway though. This... please manufacturers... making hardware more like a DAW/tablet is not the answer. All the modern hardware seems to have the color pallete of an old candy raver's necklace. Fuckin' Nicolas Refn on an acid bender designing these things. I want something in the ugly biege box variety, with loud mechanical keys, too. If it doesn't look like it can send a fax then it's probably not worth the money. Also, they are gonna want to have a response to the mpc live. I know a lot of people will be selling an elektron box to fund that purchase. As long as they are throwing such a beefy drum synth in that thing, it would have been cool to add some MIDI, but no good deed unpunished, etc. Looks like a damn good time to me and it doesn't seem to step on the other POs' toes.
