Didn't vote last time, but I will this time. Corbyn seems to be a berk, but he can't be worse than the Tories. Unless the MPs shoot the election down.

And this is saying a lot, as I'm 1) incredibly lazy 2) apolitical to the point of anarchy. Even if futile (my area is a Tory stronghold) I will vote.

Are they trying to dump their mess on Labour so that they'll get the blame when everything goes tits up?

No, they (correctly) think labour is the least popular they've been in decades and have made a strategic decision to annihilate them in June and possibly finish them off

yeah people really do not seem to like jeremy corbyn. thats what you get for having some half-humane policies and supporting re-nationalisation in britain. people actually prefer the tories. not sure who im going to vote. labour or snp. doesnt make the blindest bit of difference really.

he is, however, fighting a losing battle, with the tories essentially in control of the entire mainstream media, and half a country happy to believe what they read in the papers. some very interesting polling showed that when you ask people who they would vote for based on anonymous policies, the number of people who say they would vote labour jumps up a good amount from people who would vote labour knowing that its corbyns policy.

Corbyn seems a decent man, he was of the few MP's to start cross-party dialog in Northern Ireland and stuck at it, when the entire Tory/Labour establishment refused to. There would never have been a cease-fire without this kind of foundation graft & i respect the bloke hugely for this work

BUT, the hypocrisy of his inner cabal of privileged, white, privately educated advisors, the socialist worker hat (which middle Inglan could never accept), the re-nationalization promotions, all in the face of the long, gaunt and ghastly shadow cast by Tony B.Liar's legacy, means that he could never recover the lost ground to the SNP in Scotland (a symptom of New Labour's neglect), the north of Inglan seems to be hemorrhaging votes to UKIP and the Tory hordes, & even here in Wales the Tory elite are hunting for disenfranchised votes

Corbyn will go, just like Milipede before him & unless Labour grasp the extent and exact nature of their fall and elect Keir Starmer (sp?), Britain's democracy will continue to be engulfed by the Tory/right of center world-view

Plaid cant seem to get into the fight in the Valleys, where Labour's 20yr legacy @ the National Assembly is one of the greatest travesties in modern British history, if they were a pvt company they would've been declared bankrupt after a few years rather than ignorant cunts sticking to their red flag bs when the entire system is crumbling around them

Joint British/Irish citizenship gives an out post-Brexit and i fully intend to use it and migrate in the next 2 years

i'm so fucking bored by politics. evolution was a mistake. nuke the humans and let the next species have their reign.

what makes you think other species will do better than us? we are all children of the same mother, just watch a documentary about baboon troops (spousal abuse, war, etc, etc)

bonobos seem to be pretty peaceful but they live in Eden, put them in a environment where they have to compete for food and they'll turn into violent chimps

Jesus. Depressing thread. Vote labour. Easily the most humane and progressive of the biggest 3. Corbyn is assassinated daily by UKs dire press. He doesn't just outright lie to the people and appears to genuinely want to fight for the less well off. Wait till their manifesto comes out. Read it and compare to Tories. Compare his voting record with Mays. Such an easy choice for me.

Unfortunately if you don't live in a marginal seat it doesn't really matter who you vote for. Labour stronghold where I live so I usually just vote green if they have a candidate.

You shouldve seen the arsehole UKIP candidate that ran here last election, I'll see if I can find a photo
