We Think Too Much almost certainly samples Lichen. It's just mixed with a piano track, lp filtered and looped. No one seems to have mentioned it on whosampled though.

I believe one of the people is Lil Peep, and the other is Lil Pump.

 

I think they're different because one is spelled "Peep" and the other is spelled "Pump".

 

I believe that is the answer however, I'm no languageologist.
