Ye I understand tapering is the way to do it if one were to eat benzodiazepines for a long time daily ye... sozzz I thought you thought like I'm a stupid wankah or sumtink and don't know about tapeing or u kno

fuck the benzos. i was on clonazepam for the longest time not because i needed it but my body needed it. same as diazepam.

you shouldn't take them long term
