grabbed a cassette! thx for the heads up

Hey silly question, did the cassettes ship already? Wasn't sure if I should be looking for it in the post yet (Christmas rush etc)

Great compilation btw. A lot of really nice tracks on here. The Lo-Five track, Melodien, Polypores, Spirit Level, Impulse Array, Foxen Cyn, and Afternaut tracks are my favs after the first couple listens through but they're all really quite nice. I think the compilation was really thoughtfully put together, track selection/vibes/pacing etc make it a really enjoyable listen. Nice variety, great work.

Any chance you can point me to the correct Melodien bandcamp btw?

Hey Bulk, only just seen your post - glad you like it, really pleased with how it all turned out. Have you received your tape OK? There was a couple of setbacks getting them dispatched but they were sent out standard delivery on 14th December - so you should have received it by now. If not give me a shout - thanks for the support!

Nothing yet sir! However Cpost is notoriously bad and behind this time of year, I'm in no rush to throw the cassette on as I have my lovely digital-vinyls heh. If they went out Dec 14th there's a good chance it's just caught up in all the Christmas mail.

I'll wait another week or two and if it doesn't show I'll send you a message.

Lush artwork and premise for this new LP. Polypores is mega prolific, not sure how he managed to release 12 albums in 2020 and everything I heard was great?!
Grabbed the vinyl for this. He seems to have a solid fanbase already amongst modular / synth geeks / Slutz

Hi folks, just letting you know about a limited edition DVD we're putting out on Emotion Wave, Friday 4 May - it's a pretty dark new-age-therapy-gone-wrong concept.
      https://hermajestyscoronerforwirral.bandcamp.com/album/esoteric-healing-friend-or-foe
On Tuesday 13th April 2004, a two-day international conference was hosted at Wirral's Insight Conference Centre for the Association of Transpersonal Psychologists and Naturopathic Therapists.
During a breakout session at approximately 2:56pm, conference delegates reported a brief power cut followed by what they described as an 'ear-piercing electrical buzzing noise’, followed by a crashing sound.
Part of the rear annex of the conference centre, where one of the breakout seminar rooms was located, had collapsed, causing injuries that initially were initially believed to be the cause of death of attendee Ariel Moonstone.
Initial examination of the body revealed burns consistent with those caused by lethal electric shock. Further investigations have revealed that death was cardiac arrest most likely caused by prolonged exposure to electrical current, though the source of this current has not yet been established.
      ----
A physical version is available in the form of a conference handout DVD, featuring videos of all the audio tracks and some extra bonus material. Each DVD comes with a printed conference schedule, conference delegate list plus the coroner's report, all packaged in an enveloped secured with the coroner's wax seal.

New Polypores on blue vinyl available for pre-order.
"Originally released (and sold out) via Castles in Space, Azure comes in a deluxe azure blue vinyl pressing in a full gloss varnished sleeve and foldback tabs. The album creates a luxurious contemporary new age soundscape invoking the Californian New Age cassette boom of the late 70's and early 80's.
The LP includes a beautiful art print designed by the sleeve designer, Nick Taylor. French comic book legend Moebius was an inspiration for Nick in parallel with his immersion in the irresistible cosmic ocean flow of the music.
The album's energy center is said to open access to parallel universes and lives; it gives access to the realm of modular synthesis in Preston, Lancashire and the sphere of potentialities in the making."
It's already sold out on Bandcamp, but Bleep has some copies left:
