The doctrine cover is so close to the original that it feels like less of a cover and more an attempt at completely recreating the original. That's an interesting exercise in its own right. GreystarMusic Posted December 4, 2017 Author Share Posted December 4, 2017 yeah I think doctrine was partly sampled... partly a remix, partly a recreation. the lowride cover is hugely impressive, that's all just recreation with gear and the same sample source for the piano. i'm really happy with how the project turned out, all the tracks are really nice.
