This misses out AE_LIVE which has the catalogue numbers 360_<1-9>.

The NTS Sessions box set does have a huge number 14 printed on the cover...

It's not missing, it deliberately excludes AE_LIVE, as well as Peel Sessions, for example

The stylised 4 in the NTS art caught my eye straight away. why should the 4 be different?

or.. is the word 'sessions' to be treated like the Peel Session EPs in the numbering game?

As I'm looking at the design, it reminds me very much on the design of the Peel Sessions: similar font, text in the upper left corner, no cover picture...

Does this mean something?

Didn't they reference the Peel sessions in one of the recent interviews about NTS? I just woke up, maybe I'm 100% wrong...

sure did:

"Sean Booth: We approached the NTS thing the same way we’d approach a Peel session, really."
