yeh.. so is this because this all happens in their performance system.. which has something which lets them transition easily between setups, because it’s built for live shows...? It’s a thing I wanna know. Are these sessions live sessions, in the sense that the two hours blocks streamed while simbib are pushing buttons live, or what? (yea no way it’s like live impro from scratch or whatever.. prepared, rehearsed, decided upon, named, but played live) or, are these sessions recorded in the past.. possibly edited, curated.... I wanna know how

ok, just listened to NTS2 in it's entirety for the second time all the way trough with headphones.

 

it's funny how i said they wouldn't exactly write operas some time back in this very thread.

 

well... now they did.

 

NTS2 - a space opera.

 

the way all of this comes together to one monumental behemoth of a record is just too fucking perfect to pick single tracks (although there are instant fav moments of course).

 

some times i caught myself just shaking my head uncontrollably in disbelief at the sheer accomplishment of it all.
