Roel Funcken - Sapper Morton EP [AF017]

Anticipating this greatly. Roel has been incredibly consistent of late, and AF seems to bring the best out. Samples sound top shelf – more melodic and upbeat (almost Kettel-ish) than most of his recent output, with loads of acid funk.

Was listening to his 2010 album Vade over the weekend, heavily dubstep influenced idm/club techy tubes. An enjoyable ride for sure but aged in sound already, Mr Funcken is still highly prolific
