Any way to gauge the age of something like that?  They regenerate, right?  That thing's probably a million years old.

I have a phobia of jellyfish. Like, imagine swimming, chillin, having a good time and then you see a few of these fuckers floating around. fffffffffuuuuuuuuuuuu

Jellyfish don't generally live very long (a few months) but some can live for 20 years + in cavity. A few species have also been found to be hypothetically immortal (through a process known as transdifferentiation) so long as they can avoid disease & predation.
