Dear Nebraska: did you know it's 2021, the election has been over for more than half a year, and the rest of us would very much like to never see Trump's face again? Would be greatly appreciated if you could help us live that dream.

Seems like they're leaning on an exec (Weisselberg), threatening to charge him with not paying taxes on benefits received from the Trump Org. to try and flip him into testifying against the Trump Org. in exchange for a deal.  Seems these types of charges (failure to pay taxes on benefits received from an employer) are rarely pursued and the regulations are even unclear in some cases, so it's pretty clear what they're doing (not that I have a problem with it).

In a largely party-line vote, the Democratic-controlled House of Representatives approved legislation on Wednesday to create a select committee to launch a new inquiry into the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol.

Former President Donald Trump, who was kicked off Twitter, Facebook and other social media platforms earlier this year, announced class-action lawsuits Wednesday against Facebook, Twitter and Google as well as their CEOs.

The legal effort will be supported by the America First Policy Institute, a nonprofit formed earlier this year by alumni of the Trump administration.
