I've probably already overplayed it. I was at work for 10 hours today, probably listened to Vortrack for a whole 6 hours.

I've done that sort of crazy thing before!

The remix is a bit too repetitive for my tastes, though I like what he's trying to do.

The other track I can get really behind, though. Like a much nastier version of the dancier tracks on Selection Sixteen. Awesome ending, too.

Really looking forward to the album as a whole.

YES! I def got Selection16 flashbacks

This Fracture remix groove is fucking sick. Mad, mad tune.

Something about the repetitive nature of the main riff and all the mad stuff buzzing around it. I need a few beers and I'd put that in better context.

Vortrack is also growing on me. Very fast.

Wow.

Ya know what, Fracture Remix almost sounds like it was built for the dancefloor. Would not be out of place in a darkstep mix

Yeah it's great. Really great. It's hard to strike that balance of repetitive for club purpose whilst remaining as sonically varied.

No, just a distinct Syro era Aphex vibe.

Maybe this is old news, but I was able to download both tracks from my Squarepusher.net account.  Thought it wasn't out til 12/6?

Hype.

I think both tracks are pretty savage tbh. Probably my favorite pusher in over a decade.

Downloaded in HQ yesterday, played loud. Loved it.

Not bad. But my absolute favourite Squarepusher track will always be Tundra 4.

Same.

I hope we'll get an ITW soon, during the Ufobaboon/Furry ITW all the talk was about live show and LED mask, I want some nerdy gear and production talk !

Is it just me or does anyone else thing the the two tracks got their names mixed up?

Fracture remix is more like an original track and the main track is more like a remix of it - as its.. well "fractured"

Probs Tom fucking with expectations tho.. the scallywag
