I don't understand these tracks. This has got to be some of the most out there sounds I've ever heard. Can I ask what DAW you use and how these were generated?

Thanks. The reason why it sounds so "out there" is because it was all completely made with my own C++ programs. These programs generate tracks on a sample-by-sample basis from scratch using some abstract procedures.

I usually start with some kind of idea about what some program could do, then I implement that and build on it until I am relatively satisfied. After that it's all about playing with the parameters until something interesting comes out.

this sound really goes along with your soundcloud picture, sounds like the sound of a bar code or something, needs more glitchiness  like at 2:58...

Thanks. Basically, it's pixel data turned into WAV samples through some mathematical functions, so that would explain the "bar code sound". The images I used are similar to the image I use for my sc profile in a sense that they are chaotic but possess a certain degree of regularity, so you have some kind of a semi-ordered chaos, and that is reflected in the sound. Regarding the glitchiness you mentioned, I actually like how it just sort of appears out of nowhere to disrupt the flow a little and then it disappears.
