I remember reading somewhere that it has to do with overseas prices for cds and stuff being cheaper than domestic ones so they add tracks as an incentive to buy the Japanese ones instead of just importing American ones but I have no idea. Track 1 M4 Lema has an ambient intro / outro. Track 2, which is "F7" looks to me like a beatless / ambient track.
