They just used cc's coz it rhymes with faeces. Weight is not equatable to amount, 120ml of liquid iron is going to weigh much more than water. Or even exactly, if he'd mixed some other heavier stuff in the "cocktail". Will we ever know? Well, let's not forget that there's a good deal of gas in your turds. I hypothesise that this is what makes some turds floatier than others. Liquidising/blending it would surely remove the gas and increase the overall density/weight of the feces.
