EKT New Releases
Just finished a new EP or LP you'd like to share or announce to your fellow EKTers? This is the place for it! Please only post about "finished" works, no one-off tracks or WIPs - that's better suited for YLC or EKT General Discussion. Also, if your works appear on a compilation, be sure to get the permission of the compilation owner before posting any links to download tracks - yours or the compilation in general.

Hi. Just released a new three-track single today. The three tracks seem to describe different aggregate states: from the bump-and-grind of 'Ecruload', via the gritty sinew of the eponymous centrepiece, to the closing 'Agrifate' which is eroded away until only a slippery 4/4 kick remains. Cheerio.

Some of you here may remember me releasing albums as Raccoon Acid several years ago. Well, I've since repurposed that name and I've been using it to release edited, combined, or otherwise redone versions of my past work, which had previously been released under a variety of names. The reason for this is that a lot of my old music wasn't up to my current standards, so I wanted to make it more enjoyable. (Tracks sometimes went on for too long, had bad parts, were poorly mastered, had too few ideas, etc. Not what I would consider "finished" nowadays.) I had done this to much of my old music, but there were still many old songs, especially those from 2005-2008, which I d…

the anisotroph sequence of singles begins with two tracks; IDM-style uptempo tracks with hints of modern electro, dark ambient, and glitch. [bandcamp]2487596580[/bandcamp] available at https://tsrono.bandcamp.com/album/anisotroph

Been f*cking around and making some lofi hip-hop type stuff and releasing it. Nature sounds, guitars, flutes, laid back beats. Just released a second single. I think this one's a bit heavier emotionally than the last one I made. Both singles aren't bad though. Nice for a little hike or walk in the park. Just released the second volume of old ambient tracks I made around 2013-2015. This collection is more dark ambient with some lush soundscapes. Thanks for listening!

https://milkyheart.vip/album/bang-ep these tracks are a result of a creative explosion after a lengthy absence from music-making. the EP was written and produced in one week, but the tracks are still polished and have lots of details for curious listeners.

Hey old watmm friends, I put together a short little album, Teneral. It's really my first try at this. A bit of background: My only "official" release prior to this has been one track ("scarpfall") on watmm's own Tribute to Olympus Mons project from 2015. That happened shortly after I started tinkering around with making noises on my computer. Lots of screwing around in Reaktor after grabbing it at a steep discount. There's some stuff on this first album that dates from around then; usually with some new structural elements re-contextualizing drones and noisy things that were recorded years before. There's also a bunch of stuff that was created in 2020-202…

Hey there everyone, So after several months of work, my new Caustic Clouds EP “Pernicious” is out now on all streaming platforms. The project was made entirely on a Polyend Tracker with the creative restriction of only utilizing samples, inspired by the sounds of dub, industrial techno and hip hop. If you happen to take the time to check it all out, thank you and I hope you enjoy it! https://causticclouds.bandcamp.com/album/pernicious?fbclid=IwAR3jEAU6yonbFNQ7jwwdUUb8KF5o5msBNDEZFYenH9xu8ow8elvCUGnfolY

Hello WATMM. I started making some techno stuff a while ago with the intention of getting enough tunes to be able to do a mix with it all. Well that point arrived and I carried on making the tunes without doing the mixes…. Now I have quite a library to go at, like 300 or so. It’s probably time I got the project officially ’started’ by presenting the first 3 mixes of the yet unknown number in my ‘Me, me, me’ techno mix series :- Links below 👇🏻

Inspired by the dark folk horror tales of Dartmoor, the national park in Devon, UK. 4 tracks each by myself and Distraxi arranged over 70 minutes. Forged from noise, industrial loops, found sounds, field recordings and analogue abstractions. I am pleased with how this project came together. Harsh indusrial soundscapes for harsh natural landscapes. Limited CDr copies available, I also have some Bandcamp codes if anyone wants to trade / barter / blag

Hi everyone, Happy to share the release of this two-track single with you, following on from the dual EP release in April. These two track push slightly further into instrumental terrain, though neither are entirely beatless. 'Gwylfa' is pensive and resonant whilst 'Dusktrail' is kind of deep and perhaps a bit sentimental. Enjoy!
