Beta The Mad Scientist Tracks

Recommended Posts

Hi all,

I been producing for a few years now, on and off. I decided to make my current tracks available on Spotify. I aint a pro but I do everything myself. I make an original composition (no old music samples resampled) play it and mix and master it myself. I do this because this costs me the least money.
I am not there yet at all,  I know that. Yet it would be fun if some of you listened to some of my tracks, when they are released on Spotify, which I shall all add to this post in the future and let me know what you think about it. I labeled it as dance for genre but I would not know what I should call it.
I release with tunecore and if you select electronic you have to enter a subdivision, to be honest I have no clue what this thing is which I created and all further tracks. Maybe some of you can help me with that.
Recently released is the first track I made after a few months of not producing anymore. I crashed and had gone to arranger keyboards to create simple stuff, chord based with the styles.
End february this year however, I decided to get back into creating my own tracks from ground up. There is no use of any loops in my tracks, everything is played myself. Even the cowbell is. 😛
I adress this to earn a bit of understanding, I know my tracks are not there yet but I have fun in creating them. Maybe some people have fun listening to them
I also always make a video with the track, I use Microsoft Clipchamp for it with a paid subscription for premium videos, which I can use to compose an music video. A bit like royalty free video websites, but paid and can be used commercially.

But I talk to much. Here is the recent release and music video. Please listen to the spotify link once if you are able to commit to it, it would mean a great deal for me. Be sure to let me know what you think!

This is a remaster of the track which will be uploaded to tunecore. I used another masteringplugin which enabled me to get it at better quality when you put the volume on 100. I did it with my headphones. It sounded less harsh which was needed due to the many synths and arps. So I think I will be using the other plugin from now on. I also redid the For Freedom track with that plugin. I will do all my future tracks with it.

Will release on April, 3

Sometimes you have to go on a search for some beer. When there is no beer you have to make music.
Because thats how our brain works. So no beer is music.
So I have no beer and I just created this, its a song about sorrow about not having beer but being happy because in the end you have made on hell of a track again and having no beer is actually acceptable.
Like always there will be no side effects from listening to this track but it might get stuck in your head in the frontal zone of your brain. Do not worry, its only for a small amount of time. Do not listen again and it will go away in a few days.

Will release on April, 10th

I was in a dark mood again when I worked on this track. I used some neutronilyzers on the miscube and somehow it changed the current dimension of time in 1/16th of a beat. I captured it all and put some bad mixing and mastering on it but if you hear very carefully, you can in the chaos hear the little bear yell: please I am in the forest and have lost my way.
What I have found is to medicate myself with beer and then you will hear it. Its a little fun sideeffect of the track when u are drunk. Its fun but it gets old real quick.
Other then that no side effects. Have fun!

I decided to do it all thru Soundcloud since I allready pay for that and have the option to monetize my tracks and release them on spotify and such.
My previous versions of 5 tracks got me over 200+ streams there in a few days. So I will focus on Soundcloud and might involve bandcamp too. Might release thru soundcloud on Spotify and such, yet is not really needed.

I decided to take advantage of the fact that I removed everything from stores I had on with Tunecore and actually remake those tracks with knowledge I gathered.
I found that some people did not like the kick and that there was not enough bass.
So I decided to put a sidechain on the basses and to remix it a bit.
I also heared the kick was not punchy enough, I suspected the problem being an extra eq I placed on the kick ontop of an already good eq. I removed that eq which brought a lot of deep bass kick and it seems, according to others, it made the kick a lot better.

So I uploaded the new version and will start anew. Have it running for monetizing also already. Could still use help with genre picking.

I put my previous versions under Dance/EDM and it got me 200+ streams in a few days without promoting it. Yet I somehow believe that Electronic is a better fit. What do you all think?

Two tracks done with headphones and speakers and I am happy enough with the result. I will monetize them thru Soundcloud and will release them to Spotify and such in the coming weeks with Tunecore.
You can find a Soundcloud player and a Bandcamp video player on my website to check out the song and music video.

New track done. On the moment only available on Soundcloud and Bandcamp. Will release in a few weeks on Spotify and such.
After some searching I enforced the conducting microfrazer to connect with the absylomax but when it did I saw all the things I did not want to see. Really, it was like a detective on my life. I saw everything thru the eyes of others but my weakest moments. I was hypnotised by this untill the track finished.
So I just dropped the kick a little bit and if you do not listen 5 times in a row to it on a very high volume then you should be fine.
Other then that no side effects have been stated.

You can find the Soundcloud audio player and the Bandcamp video player (musicvideo) on my website;

From now on I will release one track a week on Soundcloud, Bandcamp & Drooble, on friday. I do this because I seem to change the track a lot after I uploaded it. This gives me a week to finalize a track before sharing it. I am not sure this will work and that I will be able to release each friday, however I will try.
So the day after tomorrow, the final version of For Freedom will release hopefully on Soundcloud, Bandcamp & Drooble. About two weeks after that I will release it on Spotify and such.
I will do this with each track in the future.

Untill maybe listen one more time to Electronical Sub Systems:
