Sort of like movie soundtrack or a Downward Spiral - Duntisbourne Abbots Soulmate Devastation Technique (christ that's a mouthful) type of thing with a recurring melody. I suppose this is my attempt, it may not be finished. (I'd tell you what it's meant to represent but I'm more interested in what you think it represents).
