It's by The Village Orchestra (now known as 'TVO') you may have heard his new (very good!) CD / Download album on Stuff called 'The Dark Is Rising' (was a 12" release of it too with a remix by 2562). anyway, this album was made in 2004 and has a nice mix of ambient / techno sounds.
