Crisis in Greece leaves EU future in balance

bah, i won't shy away.

 

Romania and Bulgaria were distinctly sub-par in terms of corruption, organised crime, human trafficking, roma issues. and Bulgarian planes weren't allowed to use EU airspace because they were too dangerous...

They shouldn't have been let in until they had ticked all the boxes. they were let in because idealism overruled reality. the EU is not a charity. it's a shame that this is the case but that's all there is to it.

hahahhaha this was almost exactly my thought when i saw that picture

yeah, all crisis aside, that's a photoshopportunity waiting to happen. i get this weird feeling that pete townshend was actually on the other side of the photographer.
